BIO-BASE is a biological support developed by TRITON for reef aquariums with normal nutrient levels.
This product is designed to enhance the biological processes of the reef system and optimize the efficiency of trace element supplementation.
Biological role of BIO-BASE
BIO-BASE accelerates the bioavailability of added trace elements in supplementation and contributes to enhancing the beneficial metabolic effects in the reef aquarium.
It helps maintain a nutrient balance consistent with the ratios defined by the TRITON method and aids in preventing the appearance of cyanobacteria.
Use with the TRITON method
BIO-BASE is intended to be used in conjunction with the TRITON method, particularly during the dosing of Core7, to optimize the overall biological efficiency of the system.
Recommended dosage
Add 1 ml of BIO-BASE for every 50 ml of Core7 dosed.
The dosage can be gradually adjusted based on the system's response, without exceeding a maximum dose of 5 ml for every 50 ml of Core7.
